To register on-line, you must
make payment with a credit card. If your company is sending
a check, you will need to fax or mail your registration form.

If registering on-line, print
and complete the
registration worksheet first noting the classes that you wish to
take.

After clicking the Register Now button,
do not hit the backspace arrow in your
tool bar or your registration
process will be terminated and you will be
shown as registered for the meeting even though you have not
completed the registration process. You will not be able to
re-enter the registration process for 24 hours. If after 24 hours
you still cannot re-enter the registration process, e-mail the EMS EXPO
office at:
execdir@emsexpo.com.

The registration page will
show the meeting as $0.00. Our on-line registration makes it
necessary to use events under the meeting for the various types of
registration fees. You must select the registration fee category
that is applicable to you so that a payment is made.

Select an event by placing a
1 under the column headed # of tickets. You need to
delete the 0 that defaults in the space and enter a 1.

Demographic information is
shown as events also. Note the ones applicable to you by
placing a 1 under the
column headed # of tickets.
(Company Paid, donating blood, attending banquet, work setting, license
level, etc.)

After you have logged in on
the registration page please click on My Profile, left
side of page, and update your information before clicking on
Meetings and Events to register for the meeting. This will
assure that your
company name, if any, is correct. Please use upper and
lower case letters for any corrections.
