To retreive your CEU summaries:
Click on the year.
Click on your license level.
Type in your last name.
Type in your registrant id# (see notes below)

If you pre-registered your registrant id # is on on your class confirmation.
If you registered on site your registrant id# is on your badge under the bar code.
If you do not have the name badge you will have to call the office to get the
registrant id# number-517.372.7391.
